"The Weight No One Sees"

You need to give yourself the love you keep waiting for.

There are days when your body keeps moving, but your heart feels stuck.

Days when you wake before the sun, not because you want to — but because someone needs you.
And from that moment on, you don’t stop.
Not for food. Not for sleep. Not even for a breath.

You carry the weight of the day — the noise, the chores, the crying, the silence.
And somehow, through it all, you forget you.
Your pain becomes background noise.

Your needs feel like luxuries.

And what hurts the most is this:
No one notices.
No one asks.
Not because they don’t care, maybe… but because they’ve gotten used to you being the strong one. The one who “manages.”

But strength doesn’t mean you're not tired.
It doesn’t mean you don’t wish, just for once, someone would pause and say:
“How are you… really?”

This moment — this exhaustion, this ache in your back, this quiet loneliness — it whispered something important today:

You need to give yourself the love you keep waiting for.

Because no matter how much you give, you will not be someone else’s priority unless you are your own.
That’s not selfish. That’s survival.
That’s truth.

If you’ve ever felt invisible in your own story, I want you to know:
You’re not alone.
You’re not dramatic.
You’re not too much.

You’re just a woman who’s been holding it all together — and maybe, just maybe, it's time you held yourself too.

This space is my breath. My small rebellion against silence. My way of reminding myself — and maybe you — that we matter.

Thank you for reading.
It already feels a little lighter.
